S&A water cooled chiller for sintering furnace

As the application environment change, the tap water is not able to reach the cooling demand of sintering furnace, so many people use chiller instead of tap water cooling.
Recently, a customer enquiring chiller to furnace, below is the cooling requirement.
1.    Water flow: 0.1?/h;
2.    inlet water pressure: 0.1~0.2MPa;
3.    Having temperature control function.
As a result , we recommend chiller CW-5000AG of 800W cooling capacity or CW-5200AG of 1400 W cooling capacity for customer option.

Why can’t the chiller CW-5200 cool down the water temp for 130W laser

A customer says he has used S&A refrigeration chiller CW-5200 to cool 130W a single glass laser tube for more than 3 years, it works well all the time. However, it is not able to cool down the water temperature for dual 130W laser in summer, the water temperature is always kept at 27C-29C.
Generally speaking, chiller CW-5200 is able to cool down a single 130W laser, but it will alarm when it is for dual 130W laser, especially in summer. For cooling dual 130W laser, S&A recommend chiller CW-6000 of 3KW cooling capacity.

How to solve the water flow alarm of chiller CW-5200

Generally speaking, you would find the panel red light is on and the water outlet with no water and litter water flow when the alarm sounds. We can adjust that is water flow alarm.
1.    Please turn off the power of chiller, using a hose connect the water inlet to the outlet and then opening chiller to make sure if the chiller continues alarm.
2.    If the alarm is eliminated, it maybe the inlet/outlet water hose of chiller get bended or blocked. If not, we can adjust the internal problem of chiller such as water circulating pipe or pump getting blocked.

Why can’t cool down the water temperature for metal-cutter

Now,I show you some simple judgement and troubleshooting
1.    It may be temperature controller of malfunction, the user can contact S&A after-sales department for support: 4006002093 ext.2
2.    You choose wrong chiller model (not enought cooling capacity),so it's not able to cool down the water for metal cutting machine. In this situation, it should be another chiller model with larger cooling capacity.
3.    After long term running without cleaning and too must dust accumulating, please clean the interior dust of the chiller
