S&A received a phone call from Ms. Peng, who
told us that CW-5200 water chiller they had purchased was received with
packaging integrity and had been used for the cooling of their
resistance welding machine. Also she expressed her thanks for our
considerate service---the provision of 12mm quick adapters for their

This was because that when we began to communicate, Ms. Peng got to know that 10mm high speed adapter was used for S&A CW-5200 water chiller. She casually mentioned that they might be using 12mm quick adapter, but she didn’t require S&A to provide a quicker adapter. However when she received the S&A water chiller, Ms. Peng found that there were four 12mmquick adapters in the machine.
